Waco CVB Advertising Campaign

Locals have long known the charm of Waco. Now with the whirlwind of Fixer Upper, the rest of the country has gotten a glimpse, too. The Waco CVB would like to capitalize on this positive publicity and introduce even more visitors to the city. 

Historically, the CVB has relied on print, billboard, and online ads to reach potential visitors. They’d now like to expand to video, with the idea of running commercials during Fixer Upper and online. 

Terrace would like to work with the CVB to create a cohesive, eye-catching campaign across all media that translates into more visitors to Waco. We have a full team in place filled with talent, experience, and expertise who are ready to do just that. While you already know Martha and Randall, we'd like you to meet our seasoned video team and media expert as well.  

According to a response to the RFQ, the CVB's budget for this campaign is $50K. Our bid is equally split between video and print/billboard/online creative. The video bid for Concept 1 or Concept 2 is $25K. (Concept 3 would be $30K, as it requires more extensive work.) The video bid includes the complete production of one 30-second spot + one 60-second spot or four 15-second spots. The $25K bid for print/billboard/online creative assumes a campaign similar in scope to previous years, with all the work based on a single concept, but with new ads produced throughout the year that use fresh copy, images, and design depending on the ad size, media outlet, audience, editorial calendar, and attractions covered. This bid does not include the cost of photography, illustrations, or infographics. Assuming an ad buy budget of $250K, we can also provide media planning and ad buying for $13,500. These services are also available at an hourly rate of $90 for media planning and $70 for media buying. There is no markup on any ad buys.
